In each lesson students are expected to have a READING BOOK, ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT and WORKBOOK on their desk. This shows the teacher that the student is READY TO LEARN. Students need an appropriate school bag to keep all of their kit or equipment safe.

In your pencil case you must have the following essential equipment:

• 2 Blue/Black Pens
• 1 Pencil
• 1 Ruler
• 1 Pencil Sharpener
• 1 Eraser
• Whiteboard Pen
• Colouring Pencils
• Mathematic Equipment (Compass, Protractor, Scientific Calculator)
• Reading Book (Years 7 & 8)

In addition to the essential equipment, the following items are recommended:

• Pens
• Highlighters
• Glue Stick
• Revision Flash Cards

Scientific Calculators, Geometry Sets and Revision Cards are available to buy in school from the Reprographic Department.
