Merton College Library hosts EPQ students

Sixth Form students taking Extended Project Qualifications this year had a research skills session on 12 September at Merton College Library. The college, part of the university’s library network, gave our students access to academic resources and students planned their reading for the term ahead on the independent projects they are planning. These are, for most students, 5000 word essays on a topic of their own choice, usually connected with the subject they plan to study at university.
The Merton librarians were most helpful, and thanks to them for their time. Following this session students took part in a research day at the Bodleian on 24 September.
